Narak Chaturdashi 2021: 14 Lamps Must Be Lit At Night On The Day

Narak Chaturdashi 2021: Tonight there is a tradition of lighting lamps in every corner of the house and it is said that by doing this all the troubles are removed.

Narak Chaturdashi 2021: Today i.e. on 3rd November is Chhoti Diwali and it also has special significance like Diwali. There is a tradition of lighting lamps in every corner of the house on this day and it is believed that by doing this (Choti Diwali 2021), a person is saved from dying in hell. 

Let us tell that Narak Chaturdashi is also called Roop Chaudas and on this day (Narak Chaturdashi) women take baths by applying rubbish. 

There is a tradition of lighting lamps (Choti Diwali ki Puja) on Narak Chaturdashi and this day lamps (Diwali 2021) must be lit in the house. Lighting a lamp on this day removes all the problems of life.

On Narak Chaturdashi i.e. Chhoti Diwali, usually, 5 diyas are lit, which are kept in the kitchen, the place of worship, the place of drinking water, under the Peepal tree, and at the main entrance of the house. But lighting 14 diyas on this day is also considered very auspicious. Doing this brings happiness and prosperity in life and gets rid of all the troubles. Let us know where these 14 diyas should be kept.

 1. A lamp should be kept at the main entrance of the house in the evening.

 2. A lamp must be kept in a deserted temple for debt relief.

 3. A Diya is placed in front of Maa Lakshmi.

 4. Keep a lamp in the Tulsi plant also.

 5. Place a lamp under the Peepal tree.

 6. Keep a lamp in a nearby temple also.

 7. Place a lamp at the place in the house where the garbage is kept.

 8. Place a lamp near the drainage area in the bathroom of the house.

 9: Put a lamp in any corner of the roof of the house.

 10. A lamp should also be kept in the kitchen.

 11. Keep a lamp near the main window of the house, if there is no window then keep it on the balcony.

 12. Place a lamp on the stairs of the house.

 13. Keep a lamp at the place of drinking water.

 14. Before sleeping in the night, keep a lamp of mustard oil near the garbage heap in the south     direction.
