The new portal of the Income Tax Department crashed within minutes as soon as it was launched today. The department had closed it from June 1 to June 6 and today it was launched with many new features. The department claims that many more modern features have been added to it. It will be more user-friendly, will make it easier to file ITR and get a refund faster.

Due to the closure, there was no work in it for about a week. Users were upset by this. But the new portal crashed as soon as it was launched. Within minutes, #incometaxportal started trending on Twitter. On this, users have created different types of memes on social media. A user named The Memer posted a scene from the film with the dialogues from 'Gangs of Wasseypur'.
