Rejecting Juhi Chawla's 5G petition, the Delhi High Court said that the petition was filed for publicity and the video link of the court was shared. The petitioner has wasted the precious time of the court for the sake of publicity. 

Bollywood actress Juhi Chawla (Juhi Chawla), the Delhi High Court 5G case ( Delhi High Court petition) ( Juhi Chawla5G petition) was filed. Juhi's petition regarding the damage caused by the radiation of the 5G network was also heard. 


But now the court has reprimanded the actress in the case. Not only this but a fine of Rs 20 lakh has also been imposed on Juhi Chawla. On Friday, the court said that the actress had misused the proceedings of the court, so she was fined. 


The court reprimanded saying that it appears as if it has been done to garner publicity, as the petitioner (Juhi Chawla) herself does not know that her petition was purely based on legal advice and not on facts. This fine has been imposed on him for misuse of court time for publicity.

Dismissing Juhi Chawla's petition, the Delhi High Court said that the petition was filed for publicity and the video link of the court was shared. Along with this, the court also said that the petitioner did not even deposit the full court fee which is Rs 1,97,544. He was directed to pay this amount within a week. Significantly, Juhi Chawla had shared the video link of the court hearing on social media. Many people had joined this video link.

 

The petition was based on legal advice.


Juhi Chawla was fined for misusing the proceedings of the court. The court said that the petitioner himself was not aware that the petition was filed on the facts. It was based solely on legal advice, filed for publicity.

Let us inform you that during the hearing on Juhi Chawla's petition on Wednesday, an interesting incident was seen. In fact, in the court itself, someone started humming the famous song 'Ghunghat Ki Aad Se Dilbar Ka' from Juhi Chawla's film Hum Hain Rahi Pyaar Ke. 


Amid the hearing, Justice JR Midha said please mute it. After this, the court was hearing the issue of court fees to be deposited by the plaintiff and then someone sang another Bollywood song. 


This time 'Lal Lal lip on pe gori kiska naam hai' resonated in the courtroom which was dropped from the hearing. The singing did not stop here. Once again someone sang 'Meri Banno Ki Aayegi Baraat'. After this, the judge identified the person and ordered them to issue a contempt notice. 


The court also asked the IT department to identify the person and inform the Delhi Police of necessary action.

 

Juhi Chawla raised the issue


because Juhi Chawla had on Monday moved the Delhi High Court against setting up of 5G wireless network in the country and raised issues related to the effect of radiation on citizens, animals, flora, and fauna.
